Swabs samples taken from Brit teenager Scarlett Keeling have tested negative for the presence of semen. The forensic report submitted to the Goa police is a setback to the prosecution. This means that the prosecution may have no other forensic evidence against the main accused Samson Dsouza and Placido Carvalho. Both have been accused of rape and murder.
